If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, standard/normally-stocked items in resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order having been delivered. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days, and customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Regarding custom/special/non-stock orders, no refunds or exchanges are available. If ordering special items, we will communicate with you by phone or e-mail prior to production to answer as many concerns as possible to avoid any possible issues. If an issue is unavoidable, we will do our best to approve and provide an equitable exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
